The combination of the view, the food, the guests, and the entire LOFT team. This is not only unique in Vienna, but even unique in Austria, says Marcel.
Marcel’s favorite dish on the menu is the grilled marinated pork with kumquat, Jerusalem artichoke, sesame and hoisin sauce. This combination is unique to him and cannot be surpassed.
When Marcel is not on the 18th floor, he can be found travelling, especially in warmer places. However, one travel destination cannot be surpassed for him: His home, Carinthia. As much as he likes to travel far and wide, he prefers a relaxing holiday with his family in Carinthia.
His personal recommendation for guests travelling to Vienna is to visit the Gloriette in Schönbrunn Palace Park. The Gloriette is on a hill and thus offers a spectacular view over Vienna, but the view from Das LOFT, which Marcel has from his workplace, cannot be topped for him.
